Miklos (“Miki”) Hegyi is the Chief Executive Officer at Advoc8se.io, where he spearheads the company’s vision of bridging the gap between complex legal needs and cutting-edge technological solutions. As a serial entrepreneur with a rich background in medical-legal administration and property investment, Miki brings a wealth of experience in guiding organizations toward operational excellence and strategic growth.
Under his leadership, Advoc8se.io has become a leader in legal case workup services, known for its precision, efficiency, and unwavering commitment to client satisfaction. Miki is instrumental in driving the company’s strategic initiatives, focusing on elevating the quality of legal service delivery through innovative approaches and advanced technology integration.
Miki also serves as CEO and Founder of FundaMedical (Pty) Ltd, where he oversees medical-legal services, patient management, and medical administration throughout South Africa. His extensive experience in both local and international property investment further underscores his diverse entrepreneurial expertise.
With a career spanning decades, Miki has founded and led multiple ventures, including FundaMali and Darmik (Pty) Ltd, navigating and innovating across various industries. His academic background in Accounting and Finance from Heriot-Watt University, combined with his numerous professional certifications, supports his deep understanding of business management and financial strategy.

Beauann Hegyi
Chief Financial Officer, Advoc8se.io
Beauann Hegyi serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Advoc8se.io, where she oversees the organization’s financial operations, drawing on her extensive experience in both corporate finance and accounting practice. A Qualified Chartered Accountant (SAICA) with a B.Com in Accounting Sciences from the University of Cape Town and CTA/Honours from the University of Pretoria, BeauAnn began her career at Deloitte, where she completed her audit articles and passed both board exams.
Her corporate finance experience includes two years at Absa and Barclays Bank, specializing in group reporting. In 2014, she founded her first accounting practice, Speadministration, and later co-founded Fundamali, which provides accounting and tax services to a diverse client base, including SAB ABInBev, farmers, and VAT specialists. Fundamali grew to support owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and startups by integrating technology and accounting software like Xero, Dext, Hubdoc, and Approvalmax to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
As CFO of Fundamedical, Beauann leads the implementation of new accounting software and the migration of over a decade’s worth of data, ensuring data integrity and process automation across complex pricing structures. Currently, she is advancing her expertise through an MBA program at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, while continuing to provide her financial leadership at Advoc8se.io.
Her proficiency in managing high-volume data and integrating new systems ensures that Advoc8se.io maintains strong financial governance and operational efficiency.
Albertus Wolmarans
Vice President Compliance, Advoc8se.io
Albertus Wolmarans (“Wollies”) is the Vice President Compliance at Advoc8se.io, where he leads the organization’s regulatory adherence, ensuring the highest standards of integrity across all operations. With a rich background in personal injury law and Road Accident Fund (RAF) cases, Wollies brings specialized legal insight that strengthens Advoc8se.io’s commitment to precision and compliance. His leadership is defined by a rigorous approach to safeguarding the firm’s operations while supporting its innovative growth in legal technology.
Wollies’s legal career took off at age 35 when he earned his law degree and founded A Wolmarans Inc. Attorneys (AWI). From a single garage in Johannesburg with one staff member, he grew AWI into one of South Africa’s top firms specializing in motor vehicle accident litigation. Over 18 years, he expanded the firm to over 130 staff across four major cities, with the original core team still intact—a testament to his leadership and expertise in navigating complex personal injury and RAF claims.
Beyond his roles at Advoc8se.io and AWI, Wollies is actively involved in legal administration and claims initiatives in the UK and USA. He is also exploring the UK housing disrepair claims market and plans to bridge his South African legal qualifications to practice in the UK by 2025. His extensive experience makes him an integral part of Advoc8se.io’s leadership, where his meticulous compliance oversight supports the company’s continued growth and reputation for excellence.
Eamon Walsh
President, Americas, Advoc8se.io
Eamon Walsh serves as the President, Americas at Advoc8se.io, where he leads the growth team for the Claimant Docket Surveillance Technology platform. In this role, he drives client capital maximization across alternative asset classes, focusing on litigation finance, distressed debt, and special situations, with an emphasis on complex and private illiquid investments. Eamon is responsible for the full litigation life cycle of investment activities from investment initiation to investment realization. Further, he has oversight realization of investor and litigation partners communications and portfolio company support as well as management of the financial and administrative functions of the firm.
In addition to his leadership at Advoc8se.io, Eamon is the Managing Partner at LevelSeven, an interdisciplinary firm at the intersection of legal and finance. Here, he guides clients in developing first-party claimant data strategies, building comprehensive back-office case management systems, and spearheading data visualization initiatives for firms focused on securitizing litigation as an asset class.
Prior to founding LevelSeven, Eamon held senior positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Publicis Group, and IBM, where he led complex data, digital, and collaboration programs. With over 15 years of experience in Fortune 100 system architecture, his career has consistently fused data, technology, and analytics to drive innovation in product development and data monetization. Eamon holds an MBA from the Babson Olin School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Bentley University.

By streamlining asset qualification and docket surveillance, she helps law firms and financiers strategically manage litigation assets for superior portfolio performance and better financial outcomes. Ursula also drives the company’s marketing strategy. Her role ensures that Advoc8se.io’s platform—featuring claimant verification, medical documentation, plaintiff fact sheet preparation, and client onboarding—delivers real-time asset tracking, settlement forecasting, and portfolio optimization. Ursula leads efforts to communicate the value of Advoc8se.io’s solutions to the market, enhancing brand visibility and client engagement. His role involves integrating advanced data analytics and business intelligence to develop sophisticated tools for real-time litigation asset tracking, claimant verification, and settlement forecasting. Shaun’s expertise is crucial in providing Advoc8se.io’s clients with actionable insights that guide strategic asset management, optimize portfolio performance, and improve financial outcomes.
